Hi, I’m Yili! I am now a postdoc fellow working with dr. Lauren Atlas at the Section on Affective Neuroscience and Pain, National Institute of Health (NIH). Before that, I completed my Ph.D. at the Social, Cognitive, and Affective Neuroscience Unit (Scan-Unit), supervised by dr. Claus Lamm, at University of Vienna. I am interested in studying the neural processes and mechanisms of pain and other emotional experiences in self and in others, using behavioral measurement, psychophysiological manipulation, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and computational modeling approach.

May 2022: I joined dr. Lauren Atlas's lab at the National Institute of Health (NIH) ! Really excited for this new start！
